Psychotherapy, or counseling, is a collaborative endeavor to help you explore and address factors that are holding you back from becoming all you can be.  There are times when we all get “stuck” in unproductive ways of thinking and acting.  Through the collaborative relationship of psychotherapy, you can gain insight into where you are now, and more importantly, how to get where you want to be, realizing your greatest dreams.

My therapeutic style is very action-oriented.  I do not believe that you can make great strides simply by talking.  I challenge my clients to confront their current beliefs and behaviors, step out of their comfort zone, and make meaningful changes in their habits and routines that can accumulate into life-changing growth.  The work is difficult, but the rewards can be beyond your wildest imagination!
